Orders in. Sheets out. Nothing wasted.
Sheetly is the operating system for DTF print shops. It brings every order into one queue, checks the artwork, packs your gang sheets for you and drops print-ready files in your press folder. We built it at Peachy Pixels, a working DTF shop, and every feature runs on real orders there before it runs anywhere else.
How it works
Three steps. Zero hand layout.
Bring in orders
Connect your stores or import a CSV. Every order lands in one list, sorted by product.
Sheetly checks the art
Resolution, bleed, size and transparency, checked on every file. Good orders go. Anything with a red flag waits for you.
Sheets go to the press
Designs are packed onto gang sheets for you, labeled and cut-lined, then dropped in your press folder.
Run the whole shop
Not just the sheet. The whole shop.
Most gang sheet apps stop once the sheet is built. Sheetly keeps going, all the way to the shipping label and the profit on every sheet.
Every store, one queue.
Orders land in one list, sorted by product, with a status on every order. CSV import works today. Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce and more are rolling out during the beta.
Nothing bad reaches the press.
Every file is checked for resolution, bleed, size and transparency. Review an item at its true print size, approve it or ask the customer, from your phone.
Every inch of film, used.
Designs are turned and spaced to fill the sheet, on any roll from 11 to 36 inches wide. Your customers can build their own sheet and it drops straight into your queue.
Your builder, your brand.
Put a gang sheet builder on your own site, in your colors. Orders come in already packed, with a small "Powered by Sheetly" on the page.
A press-side view.
A screen for the press: today's sheets, rush orders first, scan a barcode to see the order and mark it done.
Know what you made.
See profit on every sheet after film, ink, powder and labor, with inventory that counts down as you print.
Screens are design previews with sample data. Real product screenshots are added as the beta grows.

What works now, and what's next.
